Side Dish: Cheesy Salsa Rice

Cheesy Salsa Rice

As the title implies, this is simply rice cooked with salsa with cheese added at the end.

I cooked one cup of brown rice in a half a cup of picante sauce and 1.5 cups of water. After the rice is cooked i stirred in one handful of shredded cheese.
