Beer Battered Fish

This is a great way to quickly cook up some trout filets. Make sure to cut the filets into equal sized pieces so they cook evenly and season the pieces well with salt and pepper.

Make beer batter with 1 cup of beer, 1 cup of flour, and salt and pepper

Dredge in more flour after beer battering

Fry until golden brown

Drain off excess oil from fish

Serve with hot sauce, cocktail sauce, tartar saurce, or whatever you like
